Return & Refund Policy
Order Acceptance:
Fresh Pure Food & Beverages reserves the right to accept or reject an order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product. Once the order is placed, order confirmation will be communicated to your registered email address and/or phone number along with a unique order identification number.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support at support@namoorafreshpure.com and/or call us at +91 944912 9000. You will receive a full refund if the order cancellation is carried out on the same day of order placement. Otherwise, the order will be considered confirmed.
Refund:
As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final. However, you are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
• If the order has been cancelled within the cut-off time.
• If the ordered product is out of stock and Fresh Pure Food & Beverages is unable to produce and/or supply the same due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If you received a broken or damaged bottle or the wrong product.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.
In case of a refund, you will be responsible for returning the unused product to Fresh Pure Food & Beverages. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, as applicable.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@namoorafreshpure.com and/or call us at +91 94491 29000 within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. You will need to provide the order identification number and reason for return.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to the card or account used during order placement or the original method of payment.
Eligibility for Refund:
You are not eligible for a refund if:
• Shipment was returned due to an incorrect address.
• Arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product.
• You refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage.
• Damage to the product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of the product.
• Quality issues are reported after 3 days of receipt of the product.
Fresh Pure Food & Beverages reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.
