Vinayaka.R.Hedge - Director
- With over 15 years of experience in marketing and the solar industry, Vinayaka. R. Hedge is specialized in delivering motivational speeches, corporate training, and wellness programs.
- Furthermore, he is also involved in managing a rural development initiative aimed at supporting aspiring village businesses.
- As part of this initiative, he conducts specialized training programs for female entrepreneurs to promote self-sufficiency and rural development.

B.H.Ramesh - Director
- Ramesh had served Shimoga Milk Union Ltd. (KMF) for 35 years in the capacity of Deputy Manager. Over the course of his tenure, he had worked across Shimoga, Davanagere, and Chitradurga districts. His responsibilities included roles in both milk procurement and marketing within the organization.
- When Ramesh first joined the institution, the daily milk procurement stood at around 9,000 litres. Over the years, this number had seen significant growth, reaching over 7 lakh litres per day. Similarly, milk sales had grown to approximately 5 lakh litres per day.
- In addition to procurement and sales, Ramesh had also been actively involved in promoting cattle feed sales among farmers. At the beginning of this initiative, monthly sales were around 250 metric tonnes. This had since increased dramatically to 3,300 metric tonnes per month.
- They also mentioned that milk co-operative society formation began in 1985, and as of now, there are 1,330 such societies operating across the three districts.
